International Orders:
We now offer international shipping, but please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs duties applicable to international orders. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for international orders.
 International orders are shipped via Standard International Shipping and typically arrive within 10-20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Shipping Policy:
  1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During high volume periods, processing time may extend up to 5 business days.

  2. Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all domestic orders, which usually arrive within 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. Free standard shipping is provided for domestic orders over $100.

  4. Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Return Policy:
  1. Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. We do not offer price matches or price adjustments at this time.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center on our website and enter your order number and email address. 

  3. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days. Please note, all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Make sure to review your choices carefully before purchasing, as our terms and conditions highlight this policy to ensure a transparent shopping experience. All purchases must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with original tags attached. We cannot accept returns showing signs of wear including sweat, make-up, deodorant, etc. All returned products will be inspected upon receipt by our warehouse. If products are not in salable condition, your return will be denied and such items will not be refunded.

  4. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please initiate a return through our Returns Center and specify the exchange in the return reason.

  5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent. (**For your personal protection, we highly recommend that you ship your return using a traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express, or US Postal Service (registered, insured, or signature required). Kaveah is not responsible for any return packages that are lost in transit to our warehouse.)
